So I went to the community garden on Hollister Street in Imperial Beach. When I went I didn't see that many people there. One person that i did interview was a local shopper.

Questions and answer:
1) DO you always shop at community gardens?
No not always, I usually just come here when I feel like a bunch of chemicals are being put into my body.

2) Is there a difference in the taste of foods?
Um, yea there ones at the regular stores usually have more of a exotic taste to it.

3) Why do you shop at community gardens?
Because everything is just healthier.

4) Do you only shop at community gardens?
No, i also shop at regular stores like Costco.

5) What do you think about people who don't shop at community gardens?
I don't think there is anything wrong with them. Its there choice not to.

Ecological Intelligence

Link to the Website: http://www.time.com/time/specials/packages/article/0,28804,1884779_1884782_1884776,00.html

What is ecological intelligence?
Basically ecological intelligence is knowing the what our products are made out of and how they effect Earth. So many people want to make a difference on the planet but because they have no ecological intelligence then they do not know hat they key problems are and what to do.

How does this connect to our project?
Our whole project is to find out why we don't live more sustainable. This connects to it because if we were more ecological intelligent then we would know what to support and what not to support. Also we would know the effects of the products.

Am I "ecologically intelligent?"
To tell the truth I am not at all. If u would ask me what they are made out of i would have no idea. I buy to my amusement and I don't pay attention to the effects. Also I am to be considered a taker and I live the selfishly instead of environmentally.

AD CAMPAIGN

1. Present proposed motto

Eat lean GO green!

2. Present proposed logo

3. Present theme/direction for campaign
a. (based on findings in your research)

Either trying to educate people or make them feel guilty.

4. Present ideas on how you will create the Video PSA and what you
will need to accomplish it.
a. Viral video?
b. Filmed with iPhones? Camera phones?

Filmed with a digital camera and showing part of the problem then showing solutions.

5. Find two modern advertisements that resemble or inspire your group
for your campaign and link them on your DP/blog as models.

This ad is using a bit of danger/threat to their ad which is pretty interesting and saying how eating meat can be deadly.

This one is pretty interesting, making it so the chicken is speaking itself telling you not to eat it and adding to the guilt idea.

List your group roles here for this portion of the project
(who will focus on what?)

BLOGGER POST 2

1)How is Ishmael using the word anthropomorphism in the text on page 82?
I think that he is trying to say that we see ourselves as the powerful species. That we see ourselves better and more useful than any other species because of our ability to adapt to the world. Also that we are in charge of the world an that the species should obey us. That if you don't do things our way then you are threat to us.

2)In this chapter Ishmael leads us through the evolution of the Awks on planet Calliope. They start out as Awks and then some evolve into Bawks and then a few evolve into Cawks. These Cawks live in tribes and have a cultural heritage. They practice the strategy of ‘Erratic Retaliation’.

PART A:How does Ishmael define ‘Erratic Retaliation’? How does it work in the case of then Cawk's?

He defines it basically as a peace system for the Cawk's. That they keep justice between two people instead of having the tribes get into a war. They also do it so that the people get what they deserve but not to the point where a group becomes extinguish.

PART B: Why is Erratic Retaliation a peacekeeping method?

Because it allows the Caw's to control the dispute with their methods. By doing that it will resolve the killing and destroying of of things.

PART C: Why don’t the Cawk's just annihilate each other (instead of just doing the occasional attacks?

Because they cannot annihilate each other. If they did then their race would soon come to a complete stop. Instead they need to keep others around and be able to mate and keep their family name alive
